Video keeps logging me out

I’m using Google Chrome on a Mac, & just finished viewing the “Interpreting in Emergency Situations” video when I realized I was logged out & couldn’t take the quiz at the end. When I log back in, it logs me out again as soon as I go back to the video–so I still cannot take the quiz.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Our developers have located and fixed a bug that was causing some users to appear to be logged out even though they were correctly signed in.

Could you please check if that solved the issue for you? And otherwise please email techsupport@voicesacademy.com if possible with a screenshot of what you’re seeing, and what browser version and any security software or ad-blocking plugins you have installed.
