Dedicated to Your Professional Growth
Healthcare providers spend years completing supervised clinical rotations in various settings. However, most healthcare interpreters receive basic, generalized instruction before being expected to work effectively for various specialties, often moving from one to the other in the same day.

VoicesACADEMY strives to help socialize interpreters by providing valuable insight to provider roles, clinical goals, encounter considerations, communication nuances, proper protocols and more.
Expertise & Experience
All VoicesACADEMY video content, quizzes and glossaries are created by Voices For Health, Inc. under the supervision of Michelle Scott, a Registered Nurse (State of Michigan) and experienced Spanish medical interpreter. Michelle has been educating interpreters across the U.S. for over 20 years through seminars, webinars and conference presentations.

Launched in 2013, VoicesACADEMY was the first online source of on-demand accredited activities specifically designed for healthcare interpreters. We created networking opportunities and discussion forums, along with an online bookstore. In 2024, we began restructuring the website to facilitate navigation and better meet the changing needs of interpreters.
