I’m afraid I can’t help much without more details, but usually when something doesn’t work on a website it helps to refresh the page so I would suggest trying that. If a normal refresh does not work try a “hard refresh” – see https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/#.XdfH46jLeog.

Logging out and in again can also help, as can clearing cache and cookies – see https://us.norton.com/internetsecurity-privacy-how-to-clear-cookies.html
