Sometimes this happens if it’s a long time since you logged in. I recommended clearing your browser cache and cookies (instructions here https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/how-to-clear-browser-cache/# ), and trying the video again.
You will need to log in again after clearing the cookies before you can watch the video.
It’s not possible to fast-forward but if you have seen it already then you can just do something else while it is playing. You can even leave it playing in one browser tab whilst continuing to work online in another tab.
