Our developers have located and fixed a bug that was causing some users to appear to be logged out even though they were correctly signed in.
Could you please check if that solved the issue for you? And otherwise please email techsupport@voicesacademy.com if possible with a screenshot of what you’re seeing, and what browser version and any security software or ad-blocking plugins you have installed.
