Problems viewing videos

Every time I try to load a video, I just get a message saying “Dripped content not Available.”

I am on a trial individual membership through 4/4/14. I can log in. I have no difficulty viewing the demo videos on the home page, but cannot view any content within the site. Have tried 2 different browsers.

I can’t see the videos from any page. The message I receive is: “Drip content For Individual Users” Thanks, MK
