I find her suggestions about not suppressing the emotion and working through it to be very useful. I recommend many of the same to my students.
Very helpful and informative video.
I really enjoyed the video. I know it seems like a simple thing but when the therapist talked about how the situation isn’t our problem, that we are there to facilitate but that it is also normal to sometimes have emotions about a topic, that really sank in my head.
